Delete your Dreams More AI account

You can permanently delete your account at any time, from the Android app or from the website. It takes effect immediately.

In the Android app

Open the Dreams More AI app and sign in.
Tap the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm twice.

On the website

Go to dreamsmoreai.com and sign in with the same email.
Open Profile.
Under Log Out, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, name and handle.
Every video, image, flyer and music track you made, including ones shared to the public feed.
Photos, logos and voice recordings you uploaded.
Your remaining credits, and your credit and payment history with us.

An active monthly subscription is cancelled first, so you are never charged again. Unused credits are not refunded.

What is kept

Paystack, our payment processor, keeps its own record of any payment you made, for as long as financial law requires. Short-lived security logs (such as sign-in attempts) expire on their own. Working copies of generated media held by our AI provider, fal.ai, are no longer linked to you. See the privacy policy for details.
